2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated only due to village politics and as a matter of fact, information about illegal arms and ammunition was given to the police by the wife of the petitioner. It is submitted that in any event, recovery of incriminating articles has been made from outside the stair-room of the petitioner and not from his conscious possession.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit
