Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 504 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the FIR named persons including these petitioners and 30-40 unknown persons gathered on Collectoriate, Supaul and blocked the road raising slogans against District Administration.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

It is submitted that nature of allegation is general and omnibus and no specific over act has been made against these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P. S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
