This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 147, 148, 149, 342, 120B, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal registered in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.310 of 2020.
It appears from the record that the petitioner's anticipatory bail and regular bail applications were earlier rejected vide Cr. Misc.No. 43504 of 2021 and Cr.Misc. No. 35610 of 2022.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33324 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 coordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexures-5 to 8. In my view, it is not a fit case to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
