The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 167 if 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365, 366B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against one Raju Kumar. They have no concern with him. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. No.66164 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
