Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2021 Heard Mr. Jitendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anand Mohan Mehta, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, who is the married sister-in-law of the deceased, seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Isuapur P. S. Case No. 84 of 2020, dated 20.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she got married long time ago and after the marriage, she did not maintain any relationship with

On the day of the occurrence, it has been submitted that the petitioner was not even present in the house but she was residing in her matrimonial home which is far away from the house where the deceased died. No specific accusation has been levelled against the petitioner.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P. S. Case No. 84 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
