The petitioner is in custody in connection with GRP Patna Case No.339 of 2018 registered for an offence under Sections 401 and 414 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with coaccused persons were caught by the police on the spot and recovered mobiles and bunch of keys along with pieces of blade.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to suspicion. He further submits that petitioner is vegetable vendor. It is also submitted that the chargesheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018.
