JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions upon respondents to remove the encroachment upon that personal land of petitioner by the unlawful efforts of respondent no. 09 in league with some other respondents by violating government circular and rules at least to execute or comply the previous orders of respondents no. 03, 04 and 05."

Patna High Court CWJC No.13869 of 2015(4) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Begusarai shall inquire into the matter and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
