The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Didarganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 lodged under Sections 420, 406 & 504 of the I.P.C. read with Section 12(A)(iii) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the present F.I.R. has filed on a completely false story with a view to harass the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 928 of 2019(4) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 petitioner. Counsel submits that during pendency of the writ petition, investigation has completed and final form has been submitted against the petitioner which counsel for petitioner has brought on record by way of filing supplementary affidavit dated 18.07.2022 by way of filing its hard copy in the Court which has been accepted.

Counsel for State and counsel for informant submits that it is true that final form has been submitted against the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

As such, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous in the light of the supplementary affidavit.
