2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 88.560 liters foreign liquor has been recovered near the Bathan of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
