JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.5.2015, passed by the Collector, Samstipur, in connection with Encroachment Appeal Case No. 25 of 2013, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, nonetheless, seeks some protection during the interregnum period. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that for a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.18154 of 2015(4) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 today, status quo, existing as on today qua the land / house of the petitioner in question, shall be maintained, in order to enable him to file appropriate suit and seek interim relief. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
