The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner Manmendra Kumar assaulted father of informant with knife causing three incised injuries.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, petitioner inflicted knife blow to the father of informant, but injuries have been found to be simple in nature. This petitioner is cousin brother of informant and dispute arose between them over the share of ancestral property. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32897 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
