2. The petitioner had prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"That the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to make payment of salary to the petitioner w.e.f. 25.6.1987 as petitioner has been appointed provisionally as an Assistant Teacher by the Managing Committee of Sahu Sanskrit Primary-cum-Middle School, Karhiya, Achal-Pipra in the District of Supaul on the recommendation made by the Secretary, Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna vide Memo No.396 dated 11.02.1988 and she has been discharging her duties regularly and sincerely but her salary could not be paid despite sending the absentee by the Headmaster of the School as also to confirm her service as permanent in the light of resolution of the Managing Committee of the School in question which has been kept under consideration till date without any valid reason. And/or any other relief/reliefs for which

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to file a representation before the competent authority for claiming payment of salary which as per the petitioner is due to him.

4. Learned counsel appearing for Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and Respondent-State do not have any objection to the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. This writ application is, therefore, disposed of granting an opportunity to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for making claim of payment of salary to him.
