2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024, dated 27.01.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the allegations levelled in the FIR are totally false, the informant's daughter, the so called victim, herself left the informant's house and went in the company of the petitioner and finally they solemnized marriage, from their marital
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32534 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 relation, one child was born and in this regard, victim's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C may be perused. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 27.01.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed.
4. Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner's bail may be considered on some conditions particularly with regard to keeping the informant's daughter in well manner should be imposed upon the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid submissions and mainly the victim's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and also taking note of the petitioner's custody and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024.
