The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the information received by one Ram babu Singh to the effect that informant's son has received burn injuries and villagers are taking him to hospital, informant reached the hospital where she found him restless due to burn injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because he is brother of Ram Babu Singh, though he resides separately in his own house. As a matter of fact, during investigation it has come that the deceased used to look after agriculture of Ram Babu Singh. He was caught committing theft of Mustard. Since then he was in fear that Ram Babu Singh will assault him and out of this anxiety he tried to commit suicide by putting himself on fire. Police after thorough investigation has filed charge sheet under section 306 of the IPC. No other substantive evidence has been collected during course of investigation to suggest the implication of this petitioner in the present case. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 8.3.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
