The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 452, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons came at the door of informant and made firing, however; no one sustained any fire-arm injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties. Other four similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31186/2022 and order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25029/2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Madhubani, District - Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 295 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
