====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Both the writ petitions have been filed for directing the respondent Universities to make payment of arrears of salary on account of revision of pay scale.
The learned Counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University has submitted that the entire arrears of salary has
Patna High Court CWJC No.9442 of 2017(4) dt.25-03-2019 3/3 been paid for the relevant period during which the petitioners had worked in the College under the Veer Kunwar Singh University. The learned counsel for the Bhagalpur University has submitted that substantial payment has already been made and the same is the averment made by the learned counsel appearing for the BRA, Bihar University.
In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to agitate their remaining grievances, if any.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their remaining grievances before the appropriate authority.
