Petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 17.7.2014 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is most unfortunate father whose son as well as daughter-in-law died. It is further contended by him that daughter-in-law of the petitioner consumed poison due to petty quarrel between her and her husband and thereafter, informant lodged the present case. It is further contended by him that brother of the petitioner was murdered by informant and his associates for which Kadirganj P.S. case no. 38/2014 was registered and not only this, informant of this case got managed some persons for committing dacoity in the house of sister of the petitioner for which Kadirganj P.S. case no. 36/2014 was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37928 of 2014 (3) dt.06-02-2015 registered. It is further contended by him that husband of the deceased being fed up the above stated incidents committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Pali P.S. Case no. 12/2014.
