JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ mandamus directing the respondents to pay the entire retiral dues including the arrears of salary as per the benefits of the 6th pay revision recommendation to the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.1996,who has retired on 3011-2014 from Nutan Rajdhani Anchal, ward no. 21 a Patna Municipal corporation on the post of sanitary worker as has been granted to the other employees of corporation.

(I). To direct the respondents to pay differences of arrears of salary in revised pay scale from 01-01-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14615 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 1996 to 31-10-2004 in the new scale as per implementation of 6th pay revision w.e.f. 01-011996. (II). To direct the respondents to grant interest at the rate of 8% per annum for delayed payment. (III). To direct the respondents to furnish statement of account to the writ petitioner." 2.

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.
