2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1159 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 498(A), 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in a case of demanding dowry and assaulting the opposite party no. 02 upon non-fulfillment of the same.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the matter

5. Considering the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional investigating officer in connection with Complaint Case No. 1159 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
