1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. To direct the concerned Respondents to remove the encroached land of P.W.D. Road situated in village Pairadomaniya Maal, P.O. Pachrukhi, P.S. Shah Kund, District Bhagalpur forthwith, as the same is land of P.W.D. and the same is in illegal possession of Private Respondent.

II. To restore the original position of plot in question."

Though, it is the stand of the learned counsel for the respondent-State that the encroachment in question has stood removed, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment proceedings initiated vide Encroachment Case No.1 of 2015-16, by the Circle Officer, Sahkund, District-Bhagalpur is yet to be concluded, hence the Circle Officer, Sahkund, District-Bhagalpur, be directed to conclude the same, within a stipulated time frame, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today, in case the same has not yet been concluded. It is directed accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
