II. To hold and declare that the private respondents no. 7 and 8 have grabbed the govt. land including the private adjoining land of the petitioner and encroached over the road used by the villager which is illegal obstruction to the way of the house of petitioner.

III. To direct the respondents to find out the actual nature of the land and then remove the illegal pucca structure constructed over the same because it is illegal and unauthorized structure."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Gorea Kothi, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
