The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are full brother of the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30315 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 informant and petitioner no. 4 is mother-in-law of the informant. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are living separately from the informant and her husband.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
