The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of theft of Rs.40,000 and some other articles of the informant by the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He further submits that no theft articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner was not identified by the informant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42318 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S.
