JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 365, 384, 406, 420/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that one Daljit Singh proprietor of Subhano Travel Agency assured the informant to send him Canada for employment on payment of Rs. 16,00,000/-. The informant gave Rs. 50,000/- as security and Rs. 20,000/- as Embassy fees to Daljit Singh. Thereafter the informant was sent from Delhi to Patna and from Patna airport the informant was taken to Darbhanga by petitioner and one Anand Kumar. The informant was thereafter confined in a room and his belongings were snatched and thereafter the informant was released.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was actually the driver of the vehicle through which the informant was taken from Patna airport to Darbhanga.

Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against Daljit Singh, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S.
