The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexures, it appears that in the Admit Card, the name of father of the petitioner is correct, but in the Matric Certificate, it has wrongly been mentioned. In this regard, earlier petitioner had already given application to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71939 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Bihar School Examination Board, Patna through the Head Master for correction of her father's name, which is still pending.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
