The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics and malafide intention. Further submission is that no one has injured in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal history. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.42268 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
