2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 32/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is not caught on the spot though the recovery is of 519 litres 120 ml of foreign liquor.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 15.03.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise 01), Purnea/ concerned court in connection with Dagarua P.S.
