The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application that the petitioner is in custody in altogether ten cases of more or less identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present.

The application for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected.

In case the petitioner is granted bail in all other
