2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 IPC registered in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. The FIR has been instituted in the backdrop of earlier dispute between the deceased Awadhesh Ray and coaccused Vijay Rai. The petitioner is accused in case of different nature.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the specific accusation that the petitioner along with co-accused Prakash Rai held the informant's father and
