2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.614 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
