JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 After some arguments, realizing the futility of the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to agitate the grievances raised in the present writ petition by filing an amendment petition in his case pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench regarding the issue pertaining to the resident and caste claim of the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the grievances raised in the present petition before the Hon'ble Division Bench in CWJC no. 16097 of 2007, which is stated to be still pending for adjudication.
