Petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the seizure list it is apparent that 2.5 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady. Petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31096 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.65 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
