2. Grievance of the petitioner is for recalling the order read with 03.02.2017 passed in LPA No. 1813 of 2016 arising out of CWJC No. 15280 of 2013. On 03.02.2017 for not removal of office defect(s), LPA was dismissed without reference to the Court. In the interest of litigants the present MJC is filed for restoration stands allowed while recalling the order dated 03.02.2017 passed in LPA No. 1813 of 2016.

3. Registry is hereby directed to list LPA No. 1813 of 2016 before the roster bench. The MJC for restoration is allowed subject to payment of cost of 2,000/- (Rupees Two ₹ Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court
