Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3392 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) (b)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 50 liters of country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

No.30916 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 3392 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S.
