This application for regular bail arises out of Excise Case No. 170 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 56(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Allegedly, from the petitioner's possession 90 litres of Indian-made foreign liquor was recovered leading to registration of the aforementioned case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2020. Allegedly, the petitioner and co-accused Ravi Kumar were riding a motorcycle and the excise officials had intercepted leading to recovery of illicit liquor. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and said Ravi Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court by

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in Excise Case No. 170 of 2020.
