Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 26.03.2025, petitioner was directed to surrender within the period of four weeks. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the verification report of criminal antecedent was received on 24.04.205 and by that time the order of surrender had already expired on 22.04.2025.

3. In such view of the matter, the modification application is allowed. The time to surrender of petitioner, above named and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34544 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 2/2 order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11188 of 2025. is extended by three weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
