2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/302/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant's husband who died during treatment.

4. Allegation of assault is general against the petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Due to previous enmity, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific allegation that they and other accused persons, assaulted informant's husband who died during treatment.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of these petitioners is rejected.
