The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali(Basudeopur O.P.) P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of POCSO act. The informant alleged that his daughter was absent from her house and he received a telephonic call by his daughter who disclosed that she has already married with Dhiraj Kumar(the petitioner).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence. The victim herself made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that her mother beaten her and that is why she left her house and went to the house of her maternal uncle. The

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge VI-cum-Exclusive Special Court(POCSO Act), Munger in connection with Kotwali(Basudeopur O.P.) P.S. Case No.197 of 2020.
