Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.203 of 2020 registered under Sections 414 and 413 of the IPC. The police apprehended the petitioner and Shashi Ranjan Ram with a motorcycle but the petitioner and his companion could not be able to show the papers with regard to the ownership of the vehicle.

It is submitted that the petitioner had taken lift on the motorcycle of Shashi Ranjan Ram and he has no manner of concern with the motorcycle seized from the possession of Shashi Ranjan Ram. The petitioner is in jail since 14.06.2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
