2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 447, 324, 325, 307, 326, 354-B, 379, 504, 506 and 120B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons is to have killed the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation against both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35069 of 2024(3) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 petitioners is only for taking away two boxes from the house of the informant and no allegation of committing the murder of the deceased. He next submits that the petitioners are lady and they are in custody since 12.01.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024.
