JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For a direction to the State to hold an enquiry by some Independent agency in the matter of frequent and repeated filing of criminal cases of different nature against the petitioner by a common set of person unnecessary harassing and putting him in difficulties.

(B). For holding that filing of one after another criminal case against the petitioner for no valid

Patna High Court CWJC No.4677 of 2016(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 reason amounts not only an abuse of process of law but infringing the fundamental right of the petitioner.

(C). For holding that filing of criminal case against the sons of the petitioner who reside out of state for long time back is an example of vexatious attitude of the authorities as they without verifying the facts acts against the petitioner and his sons. Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
