The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.07.2020, seeks bail in connection with NH Bangara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020, Computer Registration No. 508/20 dated 08.06.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears from the FIR that a total of 58 litres of liquor has been recovered from two places and the petitioner has been named by one of the arrested accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

IInd Cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with NH Bangara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020, Computer Registration No. 508/20.
