2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, is that Rs. 35,000/- of Indira Awas Yojana was deposited in the account of informant's father. It is further alleged that the accused persons withdrew the money by taking thumb impression of the informant's father by Biometric machine and thus committed cheat.

4. It is submitted that informant is own uncle of the petitioner and due to petty family dispute this false and concocted case has been lodged. During investigation father of the informant denied the prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No 01 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
