The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.190 of 2020 arising out of Kasba P.S. Case No.215 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code, by renewing his prayer which was earlier rejected thrice.

Considering the admitted position that the prosecution evidence has been closed at the trial, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to take a different view today, since earlier the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a reasoned and considered order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.18136 of 2020. Thereafter, the matter has been considered twice; one in Cr.Misc. No.48546 of 2021 and thereafter in Cr.Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32779 of 2022(4) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 No.14726 of 2022.

The application is therefore disposed of with an observation that the trial court should proceed with the matter expeditiously without any unnecessary adjournments or undue delay.
