2. The petitioner has filed this writ application for manifold relief(s) but at the time of argument he confined his relief to the extent of disposing of his representation which had been filed on 19.03.2026 before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. Learned counsel for the State did not object to it rather he also submits that necessary orders may be passed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7826 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 disposal of the aforesaid representation as contained in Annexure- P-5 of the writ application.

4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner which has also been supported by the learned counsel for the State, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to dispose off the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure P-5, within a period of six weeks from today, without any further delay after properly considering the issues raised therein.
