2. In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, registered on 16.05.2023 for the offences under Sections 193, 468, 469, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that she produced forged medical certificate regarding her abortion before the learned court in Lakhisarai which ordered for an enquiry to verify the veracity of certificate and the same were found to be forged and fabricated.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has not filed any forged document in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35463 of 2024(3) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 concerned court. The petitioner was treated by a private doctor and papers of her treatment have been annexed in the present petition. The petitioner has been implicated in this case due to the reason that the petitioner got instituted Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 against her husband. The petitioner is a lady and seeks sympathetic consideration of the court.

5. Learned APP vehemently opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. Learned APP submits that the petitioner has produced a forged certificate before a court of law and does not deserve any sympathy.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, I do not think it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
