Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.1.2014 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol and one cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession.

So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that prior to institution of this case, petitioner was made accused in three cases and in almost all the cases, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Paliganj P.S. Case no. 26/2014.
