The accusation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of fake and fabricated documents.

Admittedly, case was registered in the year 1997 and till year 2006 investigation was pending before local police. It appears that case was handed over to CBI in the year 2006 and thereafter, on 28.2.2007 charge sheet was submitted. Petitioner himself surrendered before trial court on 11.6.2014 and since the he is languishing in jail custody, particularly, in the circumstance, when having similar allegation co-accused Manju Kumari has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
