The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Complain Case No. 77 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to bad village party politics and oblique motive. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that petitioner has no concern neither with the alleged motorcycle nor with the seized liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

P.C.
