JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 379, 506 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted father of the informant by means of lathi and iron rod due to which he succumbed to death during course of treatment. It is further alleged that they snatched golden earring of the wife of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Present case is counter blast of Shahpur P. S. Case No. 404 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020 registered by the petitioner against the deceased, informant and his two brothers. This

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhojpur at Ara in Shahpur P.
